This Privacy Policy explains what information NuSentry LLC processes when you use the ShoggothOx browser-based visualizer and related pages.

Audio Processing & Microphone Input

ShoggothOx is a client-side WebAssembly application. When you grant microphone or virtual loopback audio permissions, audio analysis, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) calculations, and graphics rendering are performed entirely on your local device inside your browser. No microphone or loopback audio is uploaded, recorded, saved, or sent to NuSentry LLC servers.

Advertising Cookies

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ShoggothOx and other sites on the Internet. You can learn more about Google advertising cookies and ad personalization at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google at https://myadcenter.google.com/. You may also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising through the industry opt-out pages at https://optout.aboutads.info/ and https://optout.networkadvertising.org/.

Advertising Partners & Mobile SDKs

NuSentry LLC may work with third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense (on the web version) and Google AdMob (on the mobile app version), if ads are enabled. These partners may collect information under their own privacy policies.

For mobile application users, we integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). The AdMob SDK may collect and process certain device data, including:

Device-specific advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers).
IP addresses (which may be used to estimate the general location of the device for localization).
App diagnostics, performance data, and ad interaction logs (such as clicks or impressions) to deliver, analyze, and personalize advertisements.

Embedded YouTube Videos

The ShoggothOx home page shows preview images for videos hosted on YouTube. Selecting one loads a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No YouTube player is loaded and no YouTube cookie is set until you choose to play a video. Once you do, playback is handled by YouTube under Google's Privacy Policy.

Log Files

NuSentry LLC may use standard hosting log files for ShoggothOx. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and it is a standard part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Problem Reports

ShoggothOx lets you deliberately send a problem report to NuSentry LLC. Nothing is sent merely by opening the report screen. A report is sent only after you select Send report.

A problem report may contain:

Your optional description of the problem.
An optional reply email address.
Technical diagnostics, such as app and build versions, graphics support, display resolution, selected audio source, visual settings, viewport, device pixel ratio, and browser user-agent string, but only when you choose to include them. ShoggothOx shows these details before submission.
Standard network request information processed by our hosting provider, such as your IP address and request time.

Problem reports never include microphone, loopback, or other audio. You may submit without diagnostics or a reply address, or choose not to submit a report at all. We use report information only to receive, investigate, and respond to support requests and to improve ShoggothOx.

Reports are processed and stored using Unison Cloud and may be delivered to NuSentry LLC support through Resend. We retain reports only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact details on our About & Contact page and include the report ID shown after submission when available.

Third Party Privacy Policies

NuSentry LLC's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites.
